This is an excellent professional training opportunity to create a stronger communities. This same basic training in May 2024 was positively and enthusiastically reviewed by all WC staff and faculty who attended from all areas of the College. It is especially valuable in teambuilding, whether in the workplace or athletics.  AVP conflict transformation also translates well into navigating conflict in our personal and social lives.

Please note that we will offer an Intermediate AVP training in spring 2025 so that those who have taken the Basic trainings in May and October 2024 can advance through the program.
